Lake Baringo

Baringo is, after Lake Turkana, the most northern of the Great Rift Valley lakes of Kenya.

Hi JM :)

Fascinating photos!

It looks like it is going to rain over the lake. I can see dark clouds on the sky.

The bird swooping down on the water and flying up with a huge fish ( I suppose ) is a treat to behold. I always watched with amazement and thrill whenever a bird of prey did this breath taking act.

You should have fast reflexes, a great sense of anticipation and a good camera to snap these two photos in quick succession.

Many thanks for sharing!

Have a good day :)

I like this big guy, the turtle.. I had a turtle once, his name was Tappy, a box turtle.. He made a tapping sound across the floor..
Well it was a she, she attacked her food with vigor, laid eggs, Impressive creatures.
BTW, where do I find my award that you gave me?
