Superb capture, JM, and a very different view of the Nile from what I've seen before. Enjoy your weekend!

This is a typical sail boat for the Nile. Would like to go there once.

Greetings,
Filip

The great river with so many romantic associations, from Cleopatra to Agatha Christie . . . Lovely shot with the drifting sand in the background and of course, the thought of sailing up the Nile.

Such a painting quality view. Like a piece of ancient relic painting.

Lovely shot. I'd like to be sitting on that rocky shore watching the sailboats go by.

Evocative shot! So that's what the Nile looks like?

I met a man once who grew up in Egypt and became an alcoholic. I pointed out to him he needed help. But he refused and went back to live on the river. There was no question he was in "de-nial."

Would have not expected to see any green there.

I really like this shot, Jose! The man on the bank lends a great perspective.
