Boudhanath

One of the world's largest stupas, Boudhanath is generally aknowledged to be the most important Tibetan Buddhist monument outside Tibet, about 5km northeast of downtown Kathmandu, Nepal.

Absolutely breathtaking and informative photos!

I have seen stupas in Sanchi near Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh in India.
But they are nothing compared to the one you have shown in your mind blowing photos.

The photos are so great that for a moment I thought they were taken from some fary tale book.

Needless to say, I am learning a lot about the world through your fantastic photos and write ups.
