strangely it seems to blend in with the surroundings. the V copying the triangles of the gables of the buildings opposite.

Looks like we are "travelling" to the same spot this weekend. Marvellous perspective on THE bridge. I didn't get a chance to go into Tate modern but we did catch an organ concert at St. Paul's. Cheerio.
