Change is inevitable. Some for the best, some not. A pity some old traditions get lost in the process.

Thoughtful composition. As I recall, there is also a plaza of the three cultures in Mexico City, with pre-Columbian, Spanish colonial, and contemporary architecture and buildings in one place.

unfortunately in canada it seems most of the time they tear down the old instead of leaving it be along with the new. ... not that old is actually very old here :)
