Lovely! Believe it or not I have a very similar one (Bangladeshi origin) parked in my North London garden. It was used for the first 2Greenacre Bicycle rallies.

Fancy!!! These are not usually what I think of when I think of rickshaws. I would guess the ride is the same, whether gaily decorated or plain.
