No, Cezar! Although many people have portuguese family names which you also find in restaurants, shops, etc., they don't speak one word of portuguese any longer.

The first thing that came to mind when I saw this was the song, "Cruisin' Down The River - on a Sunday afternoon"! I believe it was a huge hit for Rosemary Clooney many years ago!So beautiful and calm and you've captured wonderful reflections.
