I guessed Spain before I saw your labels. This must have been quite a sight - you wouldn't catch me trying anything like this, that's for sure!

Hi JM :)

Amazing sight especially the one where one person is standing on top of another balancing himself without any support.

This is a common sight in India too during Hindu festivals. A mud pot is tied at a great height with money and people make a pyramid to reach the mud pot and break it to get the money. There is tremendous fun and frolic at these times.

Now I can see that this type of thing is done in Spain also thanks to your initiative.

Have a fantastic day :)

How long did it take for them to form the pyramid?

Incredible human feets. You wonder if we'll lose the capacity to do those sorts of things in the modern era ... it almost seems like a throw back.

Joseph, I know human pyramids are also made in India, but had not the chance to see them...

Per, they take just a few minutes! The last person is still trying to get some balance on top and another one is already climbing! :-)

Thank you all for stopping by!

I saw postcards of the human pyramids when I was in Barcelona, but not the real thing. It must be amazing to see in real life!
